Jill Martucci is Director of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) for our security advisory services. Her experience spans many service lines and industries in which she executes programs that ensure the proper functioning of client information technology and information security (IT/IS) controls, with a focus on the following areas:
Jill graduated summa cum laude from Hilbert College with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Security and Information Assurance, and an associate degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining Avalon, Jill worked for FoxPointe Solutions, a risk management division of the Bonadio Group. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), and a Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner (CCSFP).
She has authored industry content for several sources and regularly presents on industry topics. Past events and conferences at which she has presented include the New York State Association of School Business Officials (NYSASBO) Education Summit & Expo, the Niagara County Technology and Cybersecurity Forum, the Niagara Frontier Chapter Construction Financial Management Association, and co-presented with HITRUST’s Vice President of Adoption.
Jill is currently a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium ((ISC)²), and HITRUST. She is also involved with the Rotary Club of Hamburg and was a Buffalo Business First 30 Under 30 honoree in 2019.
